Greece

We ship through ACS courier services only for domestic orders.

Orders are sent out every other day.

Shipping rates for Greece is 5, 00 €.

Please allow 2 – 5 business days for domestic orders to arrive.

Cash on delivery charge is 2, 00 €.

Free shipping on orders over 60 €.

 

European Union

We currently ship through the Hellenic POST and International priority services.

Orders are sent out every other day.

Delivery time depends within the destination country, as determined by the Postal Service of each country.

Shipping rates for European countries is 8.00 €.

Please allow 10 – 12 business days for International Orders to arrive.

Free shipping on orders over 100 €.

 

Other Europe countries and countries of the rest of the world

We currently ship through the Hellenic POST and International priority services.

Orders are sent out every other day.

Delivery time depends within the destination country, as determined by the Postal Service of each country.

Shipping rates for non-European countries and countries of the rest of the world is 10 €.

Please allow 12 – 30 business days for packages to arrive for non-European countries and countries of the rest of the world.

Free shipping on orders over 100 €.

 

Exchanges/Returns

Please email us a photo of the item you would like to exchange or return, along with a brief description of the purpose of exchange. Our email is myshellmykonos@yahoo.com

We will then contact you back with all of the exchange information.

We will only exchange damaged items for the same exact item unless it is out of stock. All exchanges must be approved.
